Check them out here, and let us know if there\u2019s anything else you\u2019re wondering about in the comments below.<\/p>\n<h3>Does drag-and-drop add additional code to my email that I should be aware of?<\/h3>\n<p>This is a great question because it\u2019s what we\u2019ve come to expect with WYSIWYG editors\u2014that they\u2019ll alter or add code to the underlying HTML. That\u2019s not the case with Litmus. We\u2019ve taken a lot of care in designing these capabilities to avoid adding or altering your code.<\/p>\n<p>If you switch between the Visual and Code Editors, you can see exactly what\u2019s happening to your code as you build.<\/p>\n<h3>Does the drag-and-drop Visual Editor create responsive emails?<\/h3>\n<p>The short answer is \u201cyes,\u201d but it actually comes down to the design of your templates. If you\u2019ve built responsive templates and modules, they\u2019ll be responsive when you build your email.<\/p>\n<p>We share some tips in our <a rel=\"noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.litmus.com\/blog\/the-how-to-guide-to-responsive-email-design-infographic\/\">guide to responsive email design<\/a> if you need some help getting started. Does it sync with Salesforce Marketing Cloud?<\/h3>\n<p>Yes, Litmus does sync with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. We also sync with Oracle Eloqua, Marketo, HubSpot, Acoustic Campaign, Mailchimp, and Campaign Monitor.<\/p>\n<p>You can learn more about our ESP integrations and what they offer <a rel=\"noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.litmus.com\/blog\/litmus-esp-integrations\/\">in this blog post<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>How do you link a HubSpot account to Litmus Builder?<\/h3>\n<p>This is actually really easy! <a rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/help.litmus.com\/article\/394-litmus-hubspot-guide#setting-up\">This article<\/a> walks you through how to connect HubSpot to Litmus in five simple steps.<\/p>\n<h3>Do Litmus Chrome Extension previews count as additional previews on top of the regular previews in Litmus?<\/h3>\n<p>Yes, they do count. Previews you run in <a rel=\"noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.litmus.com\/extension\/\">Litmus Extension<\/a> will count toward your total. The Extension honors the email client configuration you have set up in your account. If you haven\u2019t already, you can customize your email clients in <a rel=\"noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/litmus.com\/settings\/clients\">your Settings<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>For the new Previews sorting feature, I noticed one of the filtering options is \u201cPopularity &#8211; Your Audience.\u201d Does this refer to the Litmus Email Analytics tracking pixel data we&#8217;ve been collecting on some email campaigns? How accurate is it and for how long?<\/h3>\n<p>&#8220;Popularity &#8211; Your Audience&#8221; looks at your overall most popular clients using <a rel=\"noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.litmus.com\/email-analytics\/\">Litmus Email Analytics<\/a>. The audience portion looks at your Email Analytics data for the last 180 days\u2014across all of your analytics codes. It\u2019s constantly pulling data, so it should always be showing the latest stats. If you don&#8217;t use Email Analytics, \u201cPopularity &#8211; Overall\u201d pulls from our aggregated <a rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/emailclientmarketshare.com\/\">email client market share<\/a> report.<\/p>\n<h3>In the Design Library, when I create a template, is there a share option so people in my org can see all the templates?<\/h3>\n<p>Anyone in your organization who has a Litmus account and is an Account Holder, Admin, Full User, Content Editor, or Code Editor can view and use your email templates in Builder.<\/p>\n<p>You can also share individual templates like you would share HTML and Previews from Builder.
