And a lot has changed in Litmus to reflect that.<\/p>\n<p>This quarter, we released a host of new updates\u2014all geared toward helping you navigate increased email demand, <a rel=\"noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.litmus.com\/apple-mail-privacy-protection-resources\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">new privacy measures<\/a>, and the need to become more <a rel=\"noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.litmus.com\/resources\/agile-email-process-workflow-ebook\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">agile<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>In this webinar, Jess Materna, Director of Product Marketing at Litmus, and Shannon Howard, Customer Marketing Manager at Litmus, share how <a rel=\"noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.litmus.com\/whats-new\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the latest updates<\/a> help you stay on top of changes to the email landscape.<\/p>\n<p>Didn\u2019t make the live webinar? We now separate the email opens that we believe are from reliable providers (reliable opens) from those we know are inflated or unreliable (i.e., Apple Privacy-Impacted Opens). So these opens are total opens minus Apple Privacy-Impacted Opens.<\/p>\n<p>Apple Privacy-Impacted Opens include Apple Mail versions starting with Apple iOS15 (iPhone), iPadOS 15, and MacOS Monterey.<\/p>\n<h3>How do I stop automated Proof reminders?<\/h3>\n<p>Once you view the Proofs assigned to you, you will stop receiving the automatic reminders.<\/p>\n<h3>Do public Proof URLs expire after 30 days, or do they last longer?<\/h3>\n<p>Public Proof URLs expire after 30 days. If you need to extend the link, simply create a new public Proof URL.<\/p>\n<h3>Which email service providers integrate with Integrated Insights?<\/h3>\n<p>The Integrated Insights Report is currently available for Litmus Enterprise customers using Oracle Eloqua, Marketo, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.<\/p>\n<h3>How does Litmus know which emails are automated for the Integrated Insights Report?<\/h3>\n<p>Great question! The Integrated Insights Report uses a date-based algorithm to determine if a report is automated or not.<\/p>\n<h3>Do you still have to create and add tracking codes if you set up ESP sync?<\/h3>\n<p>Yes. If you\u2019re using ESP sync, you\u2019ll still need to create a tracking code in Litmus and insert into the HTML in your <a rel=\"noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.litmus.com\/solutions\/esp\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ESP<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>Will the Litmus tracking code work, even if you\u2019re not integrated with an ESP?<\/h3>\n<p>It will!
