In her role, she leads her team\u2019s creative outreach strategy, facilitates workshops with Spotify\u2019s top partners, pens thought leadership, and, after 7.5 years at the company, is still figuring out how to turn on private mode while listening to her Guilty Pleasures playlist.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jenny started her career in media planning, buying, strategy, new business, business development, and creative work at MEC, Publicis, and McCann Erickson. She has been named a 4As Media Rising Star, Indianapolis 500 Princess, Culture Club Chair, Women@ Lead, Global Co-Host, and Miss Congeniality (during her short-lived pageant career).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In her spare time, Jenny gives workshops and presentations on thoughtful and intentional decision-making, providing frameworks for how to make life\u2019s biggest decisions. She is almost done with a three-year training program to become a spiritual director, someone who guides people in discernment.
