We\u2019re thrilled for you to meet the newest member of our team\u2014Chad!<\/p>\n

He will be working with Justine, Jason, Kevin, and me on the research and education team here a Litmus. Chad will be spearheading new research initiatives and creating content that inspires email marketers to be more creative, empowers them to make better decisions, and helps them understand new developments in the industry.<\/p>\n

Chad has been researching and writing about email marketing trends and best practices for more than 10 years. He\u2019s the 2-time author of Email Marketing Rules<\/em>, a long-time Email Insider columnist for MediaPost<\/a>, and his research and commentary have appeared in more than 100 publications, including The New York Times<\/em>, The Wall Street Journal<\/em>, and USA Today<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Chad currently lives in Western Massachusetts with his wife and two youngest sons, Zach (6) and Dex (3). His eldest son, Ben (18), is a freshman at the University of Connecticut, where he\u2019s studying psychology. However, this summer Chad and his family will be moving to Boston. He grew up in Houston and lived for a decade in New York City, so he\u2019s no stranger to big cities.<\/p>\n

In his spare time, Chad enjoys art, superhero movies, watching Duke basketball, playing with his sons, and fixing all the things his sons break.<\/p>\n
