Testing every email to ensure it would reach the inbox and create a great subscriber experience was a must, but manual testing was time-consuming and ineffective. Joe Savitch explained \u201cTranslating client requests into deliverables is not a simple process. We previously used Google Docs to collaborate and had to manually transfer content to our editor tool; it was challenging to make sure everyone was on the same page. They helped another client apply learnings from previous campaigns to inform the content length and strategy of future emails and saw increased email engagement in future sends. Joe Savitch elaborated \u201cOne of our clients noticed lower click-through rates from email to landing page, but when subscribers did click through their conversion rate was around 80%. Without the ability to see the engagement of emails, email effectiveness was fuzzy at best. Litmus Email Analytics allowed us to pivot the client\u2019s email strategy based on engagement data and create more effective emails. As a result, they saw a 35% increase in open rates.\u201d<\/p>\n

They even used insights from Litmus Email Analytics to grow another one of their client\u2019s social media following.
